Acclaimed producer-songwriters RV Salters (General Elektriks / Honeycut) and Chief Xcel (Blackalicious / Quannum) have combined forces to produce a new project -- Burning House -- that's been dubbed "a radical new collage of abstract hip-hop, raw funk, arty synth-pop and jazz."
