Acclaimed producer-songwriters RV Salters (General Elektriks / Honeycut) and Chief Xcel (Blackalicious / Quannum) have combined forces to produce a new project -- Burning House -- that's been dubbed "a radical new collage of abstract hip-hop, raw funk, arty synth-pop and jazz." In this in-studio documentary interview, they describe the history of their collaboration, their organic approach to co-producing, and the creative spark that has led to their new cross-genre project.
